Dear Friend of the U.S. Hop Industry:

The Oregon Hop Growers Association is proud to host the American Hop Convention 2008 – a combined event featuring the 52nd Annual Hop Growers of America Convention and the Hop Research Council Winter Meeting. The event will be held January 23-25, 2008 at Embassy Suites Hotel – Downtown in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. Growers, dealers, brewers, researchers, suppliers, and friends will again gather at the annual event to work toward continued success of the U.S. hop industry.

We are offering the following opportunities for you to be a part of the event and demonstrate your support of the hop industry.

1. Advertising – a convention booklet will be produced and distributed to each convention attendee that will include the schedule of events, speaker profiles, and important convention information. (click here for advertising form)

2. Sponsorship – four sponsorship categories are offered: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze with complete descriptions of each category provide on the enclosed sponsorship form. (click here for sponsor form)

3. Vendor Table – a limited number of vendor tables will be available for use throughout the convention, located near the meeting room. The tables will be issues on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to reserve one today! (click here for sponsor form)

4. Door Prize Donation – in addition to your participation as an advertiser, sponsor, or vendor, please also consider a door prize donation.
