Pedigree: 1991 - Cross between tetraploid female hop cultivar Hallertauer mittelfruh and downy mildew resistant male, naturally seedless.

Maturity: Late August through September

Yield: 1000-1700 lb./ac. or 1100-1900 kg./ha.

Growth Habit: Columnar and quite vigorous

Disease Reaction: Moderately resistant to downy mildew - no Verticillium wilt symptoms observed in test plots.

Cone-Structure: Smallish plump, quite dense cones

Quality Averages:

  • Lupulin: Moderate amounts, dark yellow in color
  • Aroma: Mild and pleasant, quite fine
